out to him/her, it isn't a friend worth having.
the whole point of having a friend is so that
he/she can stand by your side at times of need.
how to carry on is simple: you probably will not
ever forget him, but you still have to live your
life. what if he's dead? get on with your life.
make new friends, develop deep friendships when
you can and you will recover.
